ORDERS THAT ARE TO BE ”PICKED UP IN-STORE" AND ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP AT THE POST OFFICE OR SERVICE POINT ARE RETURNED TO US. THESE ARE NOT COVERED BY THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. FOR PACKAGES THAT AREN’T PICKED WE CHARGE 250 SEK, THIS COVERS THE DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE PACKAGE.

 

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AND RETURNS

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL APPLIES UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE PICKED UP YOUR ITEM. IT ONLY APPLIES TO ITEMS THAT ARE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. USED PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, GO TO COMPLAINTS.

IF YOU USED A DEBIT CARD FOR YOUR PAYMENT, THE REFUND WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY ONTO YOUR CARD.

THE WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS BUT NOT WEAR AND TEAR. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PRODUCTS HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR A LIMITED TIME. WE COMPLY WITH ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY THE MANUFACTURER, THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS ACT APPLIES.
